China Bengbu International Technology & Economic Cooperation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CBITEC) is a comprehensive foreign - trade and project - contracting enterprise. Established in 1987 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce of China, it has a registered capital of 200 million yuan.

The company has set up overseas branches in nine countries, namely Angola, Guinea, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Guyana, Brazil, and the United Kingdom. It boasts a business team proficient in English, French, and Portuguese, along with a well - established overseas project implementation and management system.

As an independent legal entity in the global market, its business scope encompasses overseas project  contracting, export of equipment and materials required for project contracting, and the deployment of technicians and labor workers, among others. Currently, CBITEC also operates as part of the CBITEC Investment Group in collaboration with other major and robust companies. It serves as a deal - maker in several fields, including oilfield services, social housing and construction, railways, highways, infrastructure, water treatment, etc.

The corporation has the capability to drive projects from the blueprint/preliminary stage all the way to the signing and commissioning of EPC contracts. For certain projects, it has the competence to act as the sole EPC contractor. Meanwhile, CBITEC serves as the main platform for the supply of equipment and other materials

In addition, thanks to strategic partnerships with domestic and overseas banks, CBITEC not only has extensive experience in handling overseas projects but also in financing for the aforementioned projects.
