Currently, the overall designed capacity of the project is about 235,000m³/d.The plant is an important medium-sized water plant in the downtown area of Chongqing. The supply area of the plant is about 110㎡, including: Shapingba District, Yuzhong District, High-tech Zone and Jiulongpo District. The service population of the project amounts to 1million. The “Annual Gold Cup Award of Chongqing Municipal Engineering of 2008”has been awarded to the project by Chongqing Municipal Engineering Association.
