The bridge is crossing over the Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao City, linking the eastern and western Qingdao city together. The bridge is starting from the 308 National Roadat east and ended at the Red Cliff of the Yellow Islandat west. The total length of the bridge is about 35.4km with 26.75km over the sea.5.85km of bridge is on the land.0.9km of the bridge is landed on the Red Cliff and1.9km of the bridge is the connecting line to the Red Cliff. The total investment of the project is about RMB 9.938billion. After the construction, the bridge will be one of the busiest Golden Channels on the sea and will be the longest bridge in the world.
